I ordered the "Trivoli Garden" arrangement to be delivered to my daughter-in-law the day she arrived home from the hospital. I paid extra to have delivered by 1:00pm not only did they NOT deliver but they did not contact me. When I called they said They did not have the flowers to make the basket; and they wont return my money for 5-7 days. I used a debit card for payment!
